New Technician: Casey Torrey

As we continue to grow, we have seen an increased utilization of our services and a corresponding increase in the time to address tickets. To return our service levels to an acceptable response and resolution time frame, we have hired a new technician, Casey Torrey

You should notice an immediate improvement in our response and resolution times, which will improve as we train Casey on our systems and procedures.

  • Access Management: Administrators now have clear visibility of Local Admin status directly in the General Info tab.

  • Enhanced UI & Theme: A new DarkTeal theme was added, and several UI issues were resolved, including fixes for dialogs disappearing unexpectedly and credential-sharing inconsistencies.

  • Security and Stability Improvements: Enhanced URL authentication handling, particularly with encoded values, and strengthened security by preventing unauthorized direct web access.

  • MacOS Integration: Added ScreenCaptureKit support for improved macOS compatibility.

  • Reliability Fixes: Addressed Windows 11 CAM elevation reporting issues, improved Relay service stability by preventing unnecessary restarts, and fixed client credential issues.

These updates aim to enhance user experience, improve security, and boost the overall reliability of the software.

  • Systray Help Request: Users can save and easily manage their contact information when submitting support tickets, with an option to delete saved details.

General Enhancements:

  • Improved vulnerabilities dashboard with clearer impact assessments.

  • Enhanced backup management with improved status reporting, wildcard folder support, and intuitive retention settings.

  • Expanded mobile device management capabilities for Apple and Android, including custom payloads and advanced policy management.

Bug Fixes & Reliability Improvements:

  • Resolved various issues with patch installation, device search reliability, backup management, and software patch accuracy.

  • Improved overall platform performance and stability, especially with high-volume device management.

  • Enhanced security by refining permission checks and ensuring accurate data synchronization across integrations.
